Oakridge Real Estate
I love creating brand items that clearly communicate who a brand is, and what they're all about. From billboards, storefront design, social media, ads, video, print media and event advertising materials, I helped grow the Oakridge brand with a fun, bold attitude.
One of my first projects with Oakridge was a vinyl window display for a new storefront. They were opening up a new office in a small community, and needed to not only have brand presence in the area, but stand out as the neighborhood real estate brand they are. My goal with this project was to not just place the logo on the window to show everyone who the office belongs to, but to bring out the brand as it's never been seen before.
In the past, much of the branding has focused on one of their primary brand colors, navy. The second primary color is green, and I wanted to bring that out to grow the brand identity. Knowing that the exterior brick was white, I knew adding a window in green would make a statement.
With this project, I implemented a new font to their brand. Their tagline is "#1 in the Cedar Valley." I included the font, Turbinado Pro, into the mix to see what it would look like. Because of this change, this font has been implemented into their brand standards and is used in many of Oakridge's marketing materials.
